Hard Corps Starting! Our Fun and Famous Fitness Challenge – HARD CORPS – is about to begin again. This time the challenge will last 6 weeks and be chocked full of events and challenges you have never seen before. Flyers with challenge information, rules, and the entire First Week of activities will be available at the front desk. The Hard Corps challenge begins Monday, June 6 so be sure to get registered ASAP!

What do I do?
There are many opportunities to participate in this Hard Corps Challenge!
You will accumulate points throughout the 6 Week Program based
on different activities. It is anyone’s game this time!
How do I accumulate points?
· Complete Daily in Class Challenges
· Complete Weekly at home Challenges
· Complete Weekend Workouts and prove it!
· Refer/Bring/Sign-up Friends
· Complete “SPECIAL” fun Activities and prove it!
· Participate in Social Fitness Game Night
At the end of the 6 week program:
· The three participants with the most points will win some great prizes! Prizes will be announced at our Thursday, July 21st Social event!
· You will be in the BEST fitness shape of your life
