Not Sugar Free
I’m not sugar free because I already messed up!
Not sugar free? I was completely sugar free (for all of 24 hours) until I wasn’t. Yesterday (Thursday) I thought it would be a great “sugar free” idea to have some scrambled eggs with salsa. So wrong! After scooping out 3 healthy sized tablespoons of my favorite chipotle flavored salsa…I read the label. It had added sugar – KABOOM! So, after carefully removing most of the offending toxin I enjoyed my eggs. And, I am sugar free once again. Please read your ingredients carefully.
The good news – I really like coffee with half-n-half. And, my oatmeal with raisins and pecans was spectacular.
Also, I want to tell you about some great new cheeses I am discovering. But that will be in another day or 2. Does anyone find the abdominal workout difficult?
